The ice cream is made on the premises at Bolton Road. We make over 100 different flavours, and we can make any flavour of ice cream that is possible to think of. Some of our most popular flavours include: honeycomb, cinder toffee, sangria sorbet, bubble gum, vanilla iced fudge and mango.
Our luxury ice cream range is hand made using only the finest ingredients, imported from Italy, and contain real fruit. We also make a mouth watering selection of refreshing sorbets.
All our recipes are ‘Top Secret’ and passed down from generation to generation – still made in the traditional Italian way.
Along with our very busy Ice Cream Parlours, Frederick’s have 4 vans travelling the local area selling a wide range of ice cream treats for all the family.
Plus… Fredericks Ice Cream is also available wholesale in the North West of England, supplying the trade with the highest quality Ice Cream products. Restaurants, shops, owner-drivers etc can all benefit from the traditional, home made products available.
We also supply shops and restaurants with a weekly delivery service and have facilities for wholesale supply for mobile ice cream vendors.
